" Rock Creek "

Rock Creek is located about 30 miles east of Missoula on I-90. This image was shot about 20-25 miles up Rock Creek near an area known as The Dalles, nestled in the Sapphire Mountains in the Lolo National Forest. Big boulders, stretches of fast water, a walking bridge, and numerous fishing holes makes this one of those truly special places in Montana (as well as the planet). This image typifies Montana in some ways, in fact it reminds many people of a scene from "A River Runs Through It" or just simply reminds them to go fishing!
